Frequently asked questions
What does “unlimited” mean?
Your request list and your revisions have no limit. What's fixed is capacity: each active request equals about 20 design days a month. Whatever doesn't fit in one month rolls over to the next, at no extra cost.
Do you sign a contract and NDA?
Yes, before we start. If your company has its own templates, we'll use them.
How does billing work?
Invoice in euros at the start of each period (monthly, quarterly or yearly), paid by bank transfer.
How do I know if a request is S, M or L?
We tell you before starting each one. You'll find examples for every type of piece in the size guide.
Can I subscribe for a single month for a big project?
L projects (identities, packaging lines, mascots or photorealistic 3D) require a quarterly or yearly subscription and are done in phases with a fixed scope. If you only need a one-off project, we'll quote it separately. More details in the L project rules.
What isn't included?
Web development, physical printing, studio product photography and purchasing fonts or stock images. If you need them, we'll quote them separately.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. On the monthly plan you can pause or cancel anytime; on quarterly and yearly, at the end of the contracted period.
